Read more…It seems that after my run yesterday I developed runner's knee in my left knee. This has me put out because I can barely walk, let alone run. Running is such a joy for me and being unable to do it is a great disappointment for me.

Looking for ideas to help chafing issues. Currently I use Bodyglide for this, and it works great, but was wondering if anyone had any input on a more natural way to go. Was thinking coconut oil?? And other ideas?Thanks!
