Vitamin d supplements has more side effects than sun vitamin d.
HiAs I read the vitamin d supplements has more side effects....I experienced them... how many drops do you take a day bc each one is 1000IU?
Im going to get my levels checked, I don't know if my doctor will do the right test though. is the 25(OH)D test the one MD's do? also are Ddrops good? these are the ones I want to take since I cant really swallow pills and they seem good. also Don, why do you take a multivitamin?

Join the vitamin D council to get updates frequenlty on all the research take it internally if you dant get quite alot of sunlight a day D is as critical if not more so thaty B12. period. try reading 10 books about it then check in on the issue. the issues around D deficiency is serious on every front.

I have been sunbathing daily for an hour in the evening during sunset time on the roof of my house
whats the best way to get vitamin D in the winter?? tanning bed? supplement? artificial lights? mushrooms? and if you live in a cold climate should you have a vitD supplement, whatever it is, for just the winter and rely on the sun during the warm months or just take it all the time?
