Our community would be delighted to know you better. Please tell us more about yourself and what brought you to the Frugivore Diet. Detailed responses will only be accepted (feel free to reapply with more detail if at first not approved as a member).
I started my journey in 2002 by becoming vegetarian. I moved to vegan in 2005 following Dr. Joel Fuhrman and Dr. Esselstyn. Since Aug 2010, I have been transitioning to HCRV, adhering to Dr. Doug Graham's 80/10/10 principles. I gave myself 1yr. to complete the transition and I'm happy to say, I did it!!
There a proverb: "It's easy to accept. But, very difficult to maintain and continue on the true path."

Hi Al-Nisa, It is very nice to meet you! Thank you for accepting my friend request. It looks like you are more experienced on this plan than me. I am a month in. I recently gave up salt. I really like salt but I hate looking bloated so I gave up the salt. I have been walking and doing some yoga lately. The weather has been good to go hiking. Have you gone much lately? It is really cool that you completed your transitioning.I am just taking my time. How was it for you? Anyway, Happy Birthday to you and Good Luck!
happy b day! Al-Nisa
