Thanks!
Hi Ali, I love your blog! I've been a bodyflow instructor for many years, and have lazily almost given up "proper" yoga practice. Every time I see your blog, it inspires me to restart!
I have a Q for you: Reading your many praises of green juice, I notice you recommend it for constipation. This is still an issue I struggle with despite being 1.5 years raw, tho things are much improved on my grain and fish eating days.
Question is: do you particularly recommend green juice over simply eating large quantities of greens, as I do? (I generally consume 2 heads celery, I head romaine or chinese leaf and 2-300g spinach or swiss chard, per day, I luv greens. I don't own a juicer but would get one if you really think it makes a big difference; sorry to say I still resort to laxatives at times :-P. Btw, my meals are never complex; almost always 1 type fruit, plus greens.
I hear what you say about supplements, but am trying to stay free of these. I've tried milk thistle before, it works for a few weeks, then not.
Thanks in advance!
Yes, yoga teacher. So lucky to do something I love. : )
Thank you, Ali! So good to hear from you! I've been on retreat from the internet. Ha! Hope all is well with you. I'm still fruity and loving it. ♥
I wish you all the best, happy birthday, Ali! :)
Thank you so much for the support, Ali!!! <3
I have so many more things I want to post!
