I've found 30bad a source of inspiration for 18 months now. Began re-attempting raw diet in 08 after reading 80/10/10, now consistently vegan, mostly raw, x 18 months.

The Frugivore started this site to bring together frugivores across the Globe! Let us know what high fruit assistance do you need?
Nothing in particular, I know the basics. I simply like looking into the different threads that arise, and to know the board is there to give and receive support.
The Frugivore Diet is a fruit-based vegan internet community which promotes a high carb fruit based vegan lifestyle free of any animal products. HI Kate, thanks for getting back to me. I've been vegan for nine years and found it to be very healthy. I almost never get sick. I was keeping my weight at an ideal level too- until I started eating too many nuts. So far, I'm eating nearly 100% fruit and vegetables, but I do boil or steam some of them for my evening meal. I guess you could say that I'm still putting my toe in the water. I'm about 70 or 80% raw at the moment. I'm not sure if eating all raw is right for me yet. I prefer some vegetables like sweet potatoes, broccoli, and onions cooked. So far, I've gotten my weight back down, but other than that, I haven't observed any new health benefits.
I'll check out Dr. Graham's site; thank you for the suggestion. Thanks again for writing.
Hi Kate, How are things in merry ol' England? Thanks for your comment regarding my injury healing. So kind of you. I'll definitely get more horizontal time in.
Blessings,
Paul
Re: Hi Paul, suggest you get more sleep to speed up the healing process. Hard in a busy life I know, but as Harley and Dr Graham point out, top athletes may spend 2/3 to 3/4 of their non-training time horizontal.
Best wishes for your recovery, glad you can still do other exercise.
Kate, so kind of you to inquire. I'm such a perfectionist about creative educational projects- I was renovating a house for the last six months- but will honor your good request soon I promise. Thank you so much for the add :)
