Eating raw has been an amazing detox journey for me. I used to weigh 140lbs and lost half of that between the ages of 20 and 21 (12 years ago). I bumbled along with reasonable health and reasonably happy for a while after that. Then, in Jan 2010, I took the step to raw 100%. I ate totally raw for a year and a half and now eat very high raw. I am passionate about food and preparation and am building a healthy raw lifestyle business which will become the focus of my work and play :-)
