I am 18 years old and I've been a vegetarian for a year and a half now, vegan for the last 5 moths. I have gone through lots of ups and downs but now I am simply looking toward educating myself. I want to understand my body and the food I put into it! I ultimately just want to be healthy and fit.

oh the list goes on but I am a big paranormal fan so I read the whole twilight series and Dracula. I have a whole bunch of books on nutrition and health that focus an raw eating so I love those and i am a scientist in the kitchen (love to cook). I am a salsa dancer so i have pretty good endurance and I can run like a beast.

I want to know what I can eat and how much of it is ok! I live on a tropical island so fruits and root veggies are unlimited so how much of what should I be buying.
