I have been raw/high raw for a couple years and lfrv on and off, mostly in spring and sumner. I am now committed to lfrv all beautiful months of the year!

Please tell us about your dietary inclinations:
I'm LFRV already
My favourite books/movies/authors/pastimes are...
Books: The secret life of plants by Peter Tompkins, Sastun, Anne Dillard, Pema Chodron, Eckhart Tolle, Ismael, Women Who Run with the Wolfs By Clarissa PInkola Estes..and more.....
I love to garden, travel, hike, run, walk, skip, bike, swim, prepare foods, learn about fruits/shoots, read, forage, permaculture...etc...
I am developing an Organic Raw Vegan food cart and will be traveling around to various events very soon! Where some of my recipes are higher fat(not absurdly so) I see the higher fat raw diet as a good segue into lfrv. The more fresh raw ripe seasonal foods the better! I will be very accomadatting to lfrv and will not use oils, salts, or strong spices. "Pure Food Not Far Removed" is my slogan.. check out my pages for more info. I would love to get a lfrv following, as that market is slim to none in Washington.(I will be traveling all over the NW and CA) Thank you kindly.

Hi Christie - the potluck sounds awesome, but unfortunately I won't be in Seattle by then...Have fun!
A "pull" for the winter, eh? Lol, Hawaii sounds nice.. what will you do there? Besides NOT freezing your ass off, of course..
Yeah the Festival was quite epic, tried Durian for the first time (and many times after lol), beautiful nature, great talks & classes, & met lots of cool people. Good times!
And I can't say I see any of Doug's events in my forecast, at least not in the near future..
CHRISTIE! :) Was hoping to see you at Fruitstock! It was amazing, wish you had been there. How have you been? How's your smoothie biz going? Unfortunately, I won't be doing any F&S events anytime soon. Are you? Banana island, perhaps? :P If you're ever in the East coast, do let me know!
Yo stranger! Haha!
I've been well, just lots on my mind at the moment. =P
How you been really!? Missed you & Ryan at Fruitstock yo!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
