I started my path toward health about a year ago when I randomly stumbled upon a video of Dr. Robert Lockhart at woodstock fruit festival. He was talking about the magnetics of fruit and its' 'rich biochemistry that our body needs' or something like that. I was a bit skeptical until I saw him walk around upside-down on his hands at 70 years old and I realized that my grandparents definitely couldn't do that nor my parents so I thought he might be on to something. I eventually found my way to Durianrider's channel and ATM's and after that I was a goner. I'm not fully raw as I augment calories with things like quinoa and rice but I'm definitely high raw. I've been meaning to make an account on this thing for quite some time but I've just now gotten around to it. :)
