I have been fascinated by food all my life. Been an emotion eater and gotten more and more addicted. Never felt right about that and search for an way out. To find to way to be happy without chocolate :) Studied as a chef and after learned nutrition for a year. Through that i have read a lot about different way's on life and this, out of all seem to just right. So i'm starting my journey to a better me, looking for more information and inspiration from here :)
