Hello everyone, I am not yet a real member of the community. I am still eating cooked food, meat and dairy, but I hope this summer I will be able to change and make the transition to this lifestyle. I have tried to become vegetarian 3 times so far, but I seem to fail everytime on iron. Iron is something I really crave for. Now having been through these diappointsment, I don't want to fail again, so not I am intensively educating myself. I got to know Freelee's videos and was absolutely inpired by her words and herself. This is how I found out about 30bananasaday.com and decided to join the community. I am here to share my journey, also to benefit from other banana girls and guys' eperience and share what this lifestyle which is very rare to find in my country. :)
Hope we will have a really good time together discussing the raw topics! :)

My favourite books/movies/authors/pastimes are...
At the moment my favourite elisure time activity is reading about high carb low fat vegan lifestyle and getting excited.
I am also reading some some books and listening to videos about self-improvement from authors I particularly admire.
Something I also enjoy very much is listening to music and dancing.
The Frugivore started this site to bring together frugivores across the Globe! Let us know what high fruit assistance do you need?
The topics that mostly worry me about the raw vegan lifestyle are:
The issue with iron - I do not have anemia, but if I don't eat meat (particularly liver, I know it is yuk.) I start feeling awful.
The second topic is stomach sensitivity. I don't know if my stomach can endure the fiber of the leafy greens and the ornages if I eat them alone without cooked food. I am really affraid that I may get gastritis. I hope my worries are all empty.
The Frugivore Diet is a fruit-based vegan internet community which promotes a high carb fruit based vegan lifestyle free of any animal products. Our forum does not tolerate encouragement of anything contrary to this.
