We are doing our market on sunday morning until 12 after that we will be heading home and will welcomeyou. Our market is at Nerang near the river and you may be passing through so you should call in or perhaps go east to Surfers Paradise and come south on the coastal hwy and take in some of the sights while we are getting ourselves back home. I will give you directions if needed our address is 9 Aspen Place Bilambil Heights NSW(we are just over the border). I will but lots of Durian from the market if I can get it. We will try to arrange some golf for George in the meantime.
Cheers Lindy

Cheers Bryan
fresh aussie durian? you lucky duck
i definitely gained quite a bit from the retreat, most noteworthy some great new friends
i'm proud of you're willingness to give 100% a go.. my own mother has gotten pretty close but has not even get a commitment to raw in her sites quite yet.. that's really the toughest hump to get over.. once you change your perspectives and re-prioritize your life a bit, eating raw fruits & veggies is a joy (as you witnessed at the retreat.. as I'm sure has been drilled into your head a bit by now, just make sure you are eating enough and it's a cinch.. i strongly suggest using nutridiary.com for a little so you know how much is enough
very happy holidays to you as well.. i look forward to meeting again in the future
Cheers Lindy
