research on the consequences of eating vegan vs animalbased...concern for longterm effects if staying on the high protein path...love for my body...gentleness for this planet...many years in recovery from disordered food&body image...once I'm awake=knowing the reality behind foodproduction, I remain awake...this makes it impossible to trudge any other path than this
