Fruit: All fruit that is ripe. Hami melon is awesome. All melons are (an ultra ripe galia is amazing). Greens- I like a sesame leaves, especially with purple on them.

Movies: Disney. I like so many movies, mostly classics. The Princess Bride, The Count of Monte Cristo, Seven Brides for Seven Brothers, Ever After...
Books: Nutrition. It's enjoyable to read of how healthful and packed each food is. How good life is. How great the Creator made it. Autobiographies and Nonfiction. Inspirational reads.

I actually am writing a book and you can see what I have so far on-line. www.sixstepstobetterhealth.com I will be adding a lot more to it in the near future.
For my workouts I do yoga each morning and lately I have been doing it for 2 hours. During the yoga I will drink water. (Usually a little over 2 liters.) I also do an hour or more of weightlifting 5 days a week. I also go outside and dig up my backyard whenever it's sunny outside and I have some free time. I try to eat 5,000 calories a day since I like to exercise a lot and yes, it's all mono meals.
I will usually eat 3 or 4 high calorie meals with things like bananas or dates and 2 or 3 smaller meals with things like lettuce or avocados.
That's what I personally do.
How are you and your as-yet-unseen little one progressing together?

Have you also heard of this fighting style called capoeira?
