Vegan since 2009, I started my raw journey in 2010 when I did Joel Furhman's Eat to Live 6 week meal plan, since all raw food was essentially okay to eat. A year later I went 100 percent raw for one month to cure a skin rash that I had for 2 years. The rash never came back although I went back to eating a cooked vegan diet. After feeling lethargic all the time I recently started giving 80/10/10 a try and I absolutely love it. I am not yet 100 percent so I am still in transition, but I definitely believe his is the diet for me and any support and advice I can get would be great. Peace and love!

Favorite books to read are on earth magick, vegan activism and vegan health, macabre poetry and novels. I love all kinds of movies but I especially love horror movies but I also love health documentaries and paranormal tv shows. My past times include reading, candle-lit baths, yoga, DisneyLand and enjoying company with my friends and lover.

Hi,
Welcome aboard! :)
You can check out the Banana Welcome Wagon at:

To get started. Be sure to note food, calorie, water, sleep recommendations and log (can use www.cronometer.com or similar) your food/drink intake, at least for the first few months to get used to what you need to eat to stay on target calorie wise as well as macronutrient (carbs:fat:protein) wise. Even if someone is a long time, established, raw vegan, it is possible to discover some things using "hard-data"; spot trends, be able to make good adjustments, that might not be possible otherwise.
Enjoy!
